trump aside the craziest thing about the race to me is how the fact that obama has been above average in pretty much every measure of success has been removed from any dialogue… jobs, stock market, wars ending, equality measures, cut unemployment in half, slowed the deficit, gas prices, % of insured… on and on… all with a republican congress that literally and openly hates him. any one of these republican candidates would be having parades based on the same success. instead it’s usually met with angry resistance. that resistance is typically some sort of spoon fed fox news retort that has nothing under the covers. I mean I get it, saying he has done a decent job doesn’t do well when u want america to switch parties. anger and separation do much better there and no one is better than the republicans at stoking the emotions that override the brain. once u have that the facts become “liberal” and annoying because they don’t fit with the narrative your emotions are holding onto for dear life. but what exactly are you mad at? i suggest googling the first few things that come to mind and see where things actually are not what you’ve been told. (it might get awkward.) i just wish we could get to a point where facts actually mattered and no matter where u stood you got there because u were given information as it is before it was run thru a polling consultant and a “news” network that has convinced you every other outlet is communist (brilliant business move but sad.) why everyone isn’t an independent baffles me. I guess we prefer to be told what to think and believe. fact check has the republican debates running at about 16% truth. think about that. or don’t because ur already mad I’m bringing up facts and your emotions have taken over :)
